I decided to share this one with you because I see it regularly on Gather. That is, I see it a lot. Or, should I say: alot?

Not yet...since the group directly relates to the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, I wanted to wait until Gather re-issued their recent policy on 'unoriginal' content. Even though they have, there is still some confusion over this policy. Once a few questions are cleared up, I can open the group to the public. I'm expecting (hoping) it to be this week.
You never know from day to day what answer you will receive (assuming you receive a response at all). So, I am anticipating several different outcomes. Content reporting should be black & white (or with as little gray as possible), as this makes the system more effective for members, as well as Gather.
Therefore, we either should report suspected copyright violations to Gather, or we shouldn't. There is no middle ground.
